Our Story

ArtisanCrust was born out of a simple need to share my baking experiments with friends without having to explain the process every single time.

Why Sourdough?

"I turned to sourdough because I realized that store-bought bread didn't sit well with me. I didn't feel good after eating it, it never felt filling enough, and I found myself overeating because it lacked real substance. I wanted something better for my body."

I’ll admit it: I was terrified of sourdough at first. I thought it was too complex, too biological, too easy to mess up. But I was wrong. It is actually simple, and once you start eating your own bread, it’s a life-changer. You’ll never look at store-bought bread the same way again.

From Fear to Confidence

I created the Academy feature specifically to take away that fear for my friends and for you. It simplifies the steps and guides you through the process, making it easy to bake bread that is tastier and healthier than what you find in most shops.
